Yuanbo Textile adopts advanced machinery production systems including automatic dyeing, finishing and printing systems, from cloth inputting to products outputting. We have creatrd a both high-quality and high-efficiency production platform by equipping 24 sets of Japaanese flat screen printing machines, Taiwan Version Japanese rotary screen printing machines, Danish doftening and sanforizing machines, padding mangles, cotton & linen desizing, scouring and bleaching machines, high-speed efficient mercerizing machines and so on. They contribute to our high quality and efficiency, also,the quickly delivery.

前檢、中檢、成檢

掌握環節，精益求精

『工欲善其事，必先利其器』想要成就完美，必在細節中尋找，這是追求完美成就者，一定要遵循的鐵則。源柏興業深諳此理，因此在染整、印花、出貨等生產過程中，依照循序而有『前檢、中檢、成檢』三次測驗。前檢包括機器的校準、原料的素質，中檢則在採自主檢驗，配合專人以機動方式在機台上檢查，杜絕發生異常的布匹進入後端加工，徒增浪費；成檢則是對客戶承諾的最佳保障，包括對客戶承諾的最佳保障，包誇布匹染色與印花品質，最後才能包括包裝出貨，每個環節務求確實執行，保持最佳質量。

Control links, Excellence

As the old saying goes, “a handy tool makes handy man. “Yuanbo Textile, who always chases perfection, knew this rule quite well that, perfection is hiding in details. Consequently, Yuanbo set up three inspections as precheck, in-process inspection and finish inspection during the production line of dyeing, printing, delivery. The precheck includes calibrating machine and qualify the raw materials. And the in-process inspectiov mainly adopts self-inspection on production line.and cooperates with random inspection on platforms by assigned person, in order to prevent the unwanted cloth to from entering the end process. The finish inspection is the best guarantee for our clients, it includes dyeing and printing quality inspecting. After all inspections, eligible production will be allowed to be packages and shippes out finally, Yuanbo makes sure that every link is executed accurately, and production keep our best quality.
